"We stayed at this hotel as it’s well located for a stop off on the way to Cornwall. It’s very nice inside with contemporary decor and very comfortable rooms. Nice modern shower room. A bonus is the great buffet breakfast with lots of choices available - particularly enjoyed the excellent croissants and pain au chocolat. "The staff at this hotel were amazing! It was our son’s birthday and the guest services manager Rachel went above and beyond by filling the room with surprises for him! He was absolutely delighted and so was his sister, as there were plenty of treats to share, plus a bottle of Prosecco for us! The room itself was spacious for the 4 of us, and very clean and well equipped. We had an issue with aircon but this was reported and someone was sent to try and sort it.
