Good afternoon Sarah, thank you for your feedback! As you can imagine it is feedback that helps us improve and off course when we receive negative feedback about our hotel/room we want to contact you to see if there is something we can do while you are in the hotel. My colleague has advised you work as a housekeeper so you inspected the room in great detail. my feedback to you is if you want to stay in a 5 star hotel please don't book a hotel for £19 and then give it a nasty review.
