Un infierno muy bonito

El apartamento es sensacional, amplio, luminoso y muy bien situado. Tiene un pequeño inconveniente: no hay enchufes en el cuarto de baño Pero lo peor no es eso. Tienen un sistema de entrega de llaves con una especie de cajita enfrente de las oficinas de la cual te dan la clave, tú abres y sacas la llave. Sencillo, ¿verdad?... Pues no sirve un pimiento si al responsable de dejar la llave en la caja se le olvida hacerlo. Cuando llegamos a las 11 pm a Edimburgo, tuvimos que esperar (plural, a 6 alemanes también les pasó) hasta las 2 am para que un chico (español) se acercara a abrir la oficina y darnos las llaves. Si no llegan a estar esos alemanes allí, yo no hubiera podido hacer entender el problema que teníamos, porque el teléfono de contacto para emergencias no es con el apartamento o con la empresa que lo lleva. Es con Hotles.com directamente, rama inglesa. Y mi nivel de inglés es el que es... MORALEJA: no alquiles si no vas a llegar a tiempo con la oficina abierta

The property was very quirky and interesting. Only issues we had was the manhole cover outside kept us awake as cars, buses going over it also we were told 2 double beds but this was not the case as one was a sofa not ideal for 2 adults at all luckily it was for my son and got away with it. This was very misleading on the website
