Excellent location , lovely room. Only downside i would say is it got really cold i dont think the heaters were working properly they were on but not as high as we wanted to we did put it up as high, also night time the boiler made noise i slept through it but my friend couldnt. Nevertheless lovely location property clean! :)

Overall the place is wonderful and spacious and clean. The facilities are great and all you could need. We had a bit of a struggle to work out the installed coffee machine and the water temperature for the shower was always fixed and a little too hot but the shower pressure was amazing.

Two person period Georgian Flat in good location.

Excellent location just off Heriot Row and within easy walking distance of everything. Only two person accomodation as the pull out sofa is ancient with a wafer thin mattress and very uncomfortable. Modern kitchen but somewhat spartanly equipped in terms of utensils. Period Georgian basement flat of good dimensions with reasonable natural light.
