Thank you for your feedback. I'm very sorry to hear that you didn't have a good nights sleep at our hotel. The mattresses which we use are Hypnos mattresses, they're firmer as that's healthier for the spine, but had we been notified that this wasn't to your liking, we would have helped straight away. We hope that you'll give us another chance and that we'll get to welcome you again in the future.

As advertised our rooms are designed to be compact but comfortable with everything you need to recharge including a Google Chrome cast, a bottle of filtered water, and high speed Wifi. We understand the room size is not suited to everyone's needs which is why we display the dimensions online. We clean the rooms every third day by default to minimise the use of chemicals, but as explained to every guest on check in, every guest can request daily cleaning free of charge. W look forward to welcoming you again in the future.
