Lovely comfortable clean room had everything we needed breakfast was top notch the gentleman that served us was so pleasant and helpful very enjoyable 2 night stay
Brilliant stay in a modern and clean room. Bed was extremely comfy and the room had everything you needed. The congratulations card for our wedding (we were on our honeymoon) was a lovely touch!
Lovely staff, the woman who greeted us was so sweet! Also very clean and spacious room, and good options in the hotel restaurant. Good distance to some restaurants as well, plus the bus stop. Only downside would be that the walls are quite thin, so we were woken up a few times during the night when neighbouring guests entered their rooms/talked.
Very nice hotel. The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to solve a problem for which I was really grateful.

The property is seriously overpriced with a bit of issues roaming around the building being very old, such as sound barriers etc
However the staff was very welcoming, the cleanliness level was great and it def was very safe
Lovely stay in a nice spacious and clean room. Comfortable beds. Great atmosphere with very friendly staff and last but absolutely not least the Tunnock Teacakes (a kind of milk chocolate mallow) left for us both in the room and in the reception - they are now the official “taste of Scotland” for us.
The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food and facilities were excellent.
The hotel had secure parking and was well located for local amenities and site seeing.
