"Basically stumbled on these beautifully built, spotlessly clean and very comfortable cabanas. Nice private forest trails for wildlife with gardens and bird watching platforms on the property. It's clear they are making constant improvements (particularly focused on birding groups) and it will only get better with time. "The condo had a really nice view and was very clean. We forgot to arrange for check-in before we got there, but everything turned out fine. The location is very serene, yet just a two minute drive from the more busy part of the city. It was 95F (35C) degrees there, and the air conditioning worked very well thankfully. "

"Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. At the end of the day, the four of us were left alone at the river bank for 45 minutes waiting for he bus...

"Staff was excellent in helping me adjust and also help me in getting a tour guide last minute. My room upgrade was wonderfully amazing and everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed my time here. My experience in Machupicchu was incredible and this hotel made it perfect! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Machupicchu!"
