"I’ll give the night manager the benefit of the doubt in so far as my reception on arriving later around 10pm was not very welcoming. I’ll put that down to having a bad day. On the plus side the hotel it self and everyone I spoke to the next day (especially the cafe worker at the ferry kiosk) who helped me find a taxi driver to take me to Anzac Cove, was amazing. Good place to start your pilgrimage to the battlefields."

"If you have the opportunity, go to Caeli, it is a delight. The property is beautifully designed and executed, with great attention to detail. The hotel is the destination, and if you go to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, you won’t be disappointed - you’re surrounded by nature and can fall asleep to the croaking of frogs.
The restaurant is fabulous, the pool and spa area will make you wish you could stay longer.

"It was in a great spot and the parking was easy. TJ was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size but was tired and could do with an update. The bathroom was tiny and not well lit. The shower was very small my husband had a hard time fitting"

"Great staff and modern setting. Clean and breakfast is decent. Central area. Parking is a non issue. Stayed top floor semi suite. Charged extra for guest... And no not all places do that."

"Clean and spacious room in a fantastic location. The boardwalk is accessible from the hotel.
The staff was helpful and very polite. Easy check-in and out.
We tried the pool and spa rooms (sauna and steamed room) and everything was in good conditions."
