"Das Hotel ist nett und bietet 24Std. Spiel-Ess-und Trinkspass an. Leider waren die Zimmer im Haus Reading etwas warm, Klimaanlage zeigte keine Wirkung und die Fenster konnten nur minimalst geöffnet werden. Zudem war der Frühstücksbereich um 08.00 etwas überfordert. Tassen, Besteck, Teller fehlten ..."

"The staff were very nice helpful from the cleaning staff to the dining staff the receptionist couldn’t do more wonderful couple of days the only downside was the gluten free bread which was disgusting"
