"I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system.
Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there!
The rooms were clean and quite spacious. Hot consistent showers (hot water can sometimes be a problem in parts...

"La liste des points positifs de notre séjour en décembre 2025 est bien longue: gentillesse du personnel, beauté du cadre, sympathie de l’équipe d’animation, qualité de la nourriture, organisation des festivités, soirées des fêtes de fin d’année exceptionnelles, respect du calme par les autres vacanciers, grande quantité de transat mis à disposition, … des vacances inoubliables. "Avec ma compagne, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’agencement de la salle de bain. Le personnel s’est tenu à notre disposition tout au long de notre séjour : disponible, chaleureux et professionnel. Ils ont contribué à rendre ce voyage mémorable. Un grand merci à eux."

"Obwohl das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, wirkt die Anlage sehr gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst motiviert.
Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und lecker zubereitet. Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt. Nur wenige Meter zum Traumstrand von Trou aux Biches. Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.
Obwohl wir nun schon zum zweiten Mal, wenn auch nur für wenige Tage, hier zu Gast waren, werden wir wieder kommen.
Man fühlt sich halt wohl und genießt den freundlichen Flair und...
