"Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. "All in all we had a good stay there. Honestly, the cabins have seen better days and were a bit rough round the edges but, it was fully equipped for a family to stay (only 2 of us) and had pretty much all we needed. Beds were comfy, everything worked and thank god there was enough heating as it was FREEZING COLD down there. It is a bit tricky to find at first off badger rd. The lamp beside the bed was not working, and the bathroom light was hanging out, which was both inconvenient and concerning. We also found that a pill box had been left in a drawer, which suggests the room was not thoroughly checked prior to our arrival. Lots of dust behind the bed was not good for my allergies. " Location was the only Plus !! We booked at this estate because it was offering Morning breakfast. It also showed a restaurant which offered Lunch and Dinner!! It was a total disappointment! When we contacted for the breakfast, the guy told us he will keep it outside our door. We expected breakfast that was already made but what we got was the ingredients to make breakfast!
