"Everything went smoothly from start to finish, all down to clear and timely communication from Jacqui, Steve and the team at Rye & Beyond Cottages. We are a couple and a dog so the set-up worked perfectly, but we understand some of the thoughts around having to go through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. The garden is completely enclosed, and this was exactly what we needed for our little pooch. And Pett is great. 2 great pubs and a butchers within walking distnace, loads of walks...

"Lovely place right in the heart off it all, no need to have a car. Parking is first come first serve, but we got a space, property clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. "The property is super, very well laid out, fresh decoration makes you feel like it is bigger than it is. Super location just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and the shops. Bits of it are in need of maintenance but that is being done. Other's have commented that entry was complicated, we found it simple enough - a code to get a key, and then another code to get through the door. We did have a broken link in the information we were sent which mean we did not get the guide to the...
