"Was only there for 45 minutes and had to leave because room wasn’t cleaned and when they switched rooms, they gave another guest the same room. It was horrible to have strangers walking in on us! Still waiting on my refund because we checked out immediately after being walked in on by strangers. "

"There was a threat of an ice storm. Although it was a stressful time the staff was extremely patient, kind, and friendly, especially to the people in front of us in line to check-in who didn't seem to understand the details of their stay. I think the staff even spent the night at the hotel just in case it was so bad they weren't able to get to work the following day. The room was very large and clean. The breakfast was amazing with many delicious options, including the fixings for the oatmeal. We visit our grandson who lives in the area, about once a year. We will definitely stay here again."

"The outside of the quality inn was damaged. It literally looked like you were pulling up to a trap house. There was random grills in the parking lot outside my window. There was a roach in my hotel room! As soon as I entered the hotel the manager was on the phone screaming at someone. The best part of my trip was leaving. "
