"The manager was wonderfully helpful. Unfortunately, the carpet held a lot of moisture and appeared dirty. The shower controls were difficult to use. It was a great loction to the ferry to Macinac Island."

"Took the family up north to Traverse City for the weekend to enjoy a little mini pre-school vacation. When I reserved the room, I upgraded for the "golf view" but the supposed golf view room we got on the 5th floor literally overlooked the parking lot, if I reserved a regular room obviously whatever but I paid an extra for the upgrade and after calling the front desk to complain and wasting 10-15 of going back and forth they finally moved us to the 14th floor with a way better view. Everything else about the hotel was good. Would I stay here again, maybe if I we took advantage of more of the amenities but we were out sight seeing most of the time and you're 15-20 mins from a lot of the places we ended up at in the downtownish area."

"We had an excellent stay at this property! The accomodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend, and everything we needed was provided. The property was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
