"This was a nice surprise. We booked it by mistake instead of the Royal Leonardo when there were no trains back to London on our planned return journey date. It was so convenient to get to the station in the morning without having to lug our suitcase through the streets or pay for a taxi. The staff were welcoming, we were warned that there might be some noise from the elevator, but we didn't find it a problem at all. "A lovely hotel with all the facilities except a car park. But there's plenty off parking nearby, so not a problem. Our room was clean, bright and had a wonderful outlook. Definitely worthwhile having a sea view room. The bar was well stocked and the restaurant served top quality food which was cooked to perfection. But a special thanks must go to all the hard working staff that made our short stay most enjoyable. "
