"Check in and out superb, very helpful staff members. At 948pm I do not need to be told the time, and that I have 8 minutes to order food, and the kitchen will be so mad now anyway because of how late it is. I do not need to be treated like in a 10 year old, with sour faced staff because im ordering food. Last orders 10pm, so its irrelevant to me that it was 948pm. Dinner was fine. I was left with empty plates in front of me until 11pm when I was then asked to leave the bar. No dessert/coffee offering. I was ignored once I had received dinner. Not professional at all, no one in charge, no one looking out for what the customer may require. Shame really, the hotel itself was enjoyable and I would stay again - although I will not be eating there"
