"Heading into town for a concert so I called ahead to check in at 2pm and was told my room would be ready. Arrived at 2pm and room was not ready but it would be ready no later than 3pm. Grabbed lunch and arrived back to hotel at 3:30pm and room was still not ready. Finally checked into room shortly before 4pm - 2 hours AFTER I was told room would be available. I was told room wasn’t ready because hotel was short staffed with cleaning the rooms. I love how the hotel inefficiently schedules...

"The interior is a bit outdated. The wall in the shower was broken where the fixture was. The toilet was a much older one, that flushed slowly. Everything else was decent, but I think the room rates need to be reduced based on how old everything is inside. My room did not look as updated as the pictures online"

"It was somewhat convenient to Ending the day at the grand canyon. The price was ok. But it did not have enough power outlets to easily connect our CPAP devices and other chargers. The biggest issue is the trains that kept coming by during the day and night and early morning. Very close to hotel and load engines and horns. But it is a city built around the tracks so I guess it is to be expected. But it was nit a pleasant stay and on our way back thru this area 2 weeks later we opted to drive 38...

"The room was dirty with spots on the wall, spot on the bed sheet, stained tile floors, dirty mirror, and leaking toilet. The pack n play was so disgusting I didnt feel comfortable letting my baby in it. Soap chunks on the shower floor from the last tenants. Staff said they couldn't do anything when we asked for a refund so we could leave the first night. We were supposed to stay for two nights at a cost of over $500. "AC was noisy, bedding were okay. Storage space is not there. Staff is good, location is good. Overall, good place but not worth the price."

"The hotel is definitely not anything like the pictures. This is false advertisement. When we got there I requested three rooms next to each other however when I recieved the keys one Of the rooms were not clean. I had to get another room next to someone that actually lived there. I have never been to a motel where people are actually living there and paying rent. This is more like a motel 6. It is nothing like what it’s described. "The toliet lid bite my ass every time i sat on it the only give you soap for one person,when two people were staying. The toilet paper was like wiping with sand paper. The water preasure was horriable. The lady at the front desk was nice though. She was the only good thing."

"We hadn't stayed here in several years and were shocked by how the property had deteriorated. The entire outside areas needed power washing or at least swept clean. Our room had black duct tape on the floor in two spots. The corner of the bedroom wall had flaking paint & the caulking in the bathroom showed signs of mold. Plus we tried to check in early & was told it would be $25.00. In addition we were charged $5.00 per night for parking. VERY DISSATISFIED."
