"Location is amazing. Stay 6 days with family and we used all amenities . Everything was excellent location is in the middle on Times Square closed to restaurants, broadway etc."

"Great location on the upper west side. Food was great and staff were really helpful. Dated decor and hardly any storage in the room. No fan in the bathroom and no amenities in the room other than a fridge and safe. Gym was fairly average with limited equipment, amenities and room to move. On the whole it was a good experience."

"The wifi was not good. The continental breakfast is not worth the money. The restaurant barely acknowledges you if you thr coupon and then either don't serve you or serve cold items. The room and hotel are nice, but small. The staff are helpful when you can find desk staff. For the cost expect more, but it is an historical hotel and that is good."
