When we got to the hotel, finally, at 2:30am, we were turned away because the hotel was overbooked and there was no room left - even the room we already paid for. It caused great inconvenience to us in the wee hours in the morning… We can’t trust this hotel."

"This is our favorite hotel to stay at when going to Lightning games. It's safe, clean, comfortable and convenient. A shuttle can take you to the arena! Parking is only $10/night - the least expensive around. Our room is always clean and quiet. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It's a high end hotel without all of the extra fees. We love it!"
