"We had to find something in Port Qoquitlam and arriving by public transit. The Inn was not too far from the bus station. Breakfast nit included unless you buy bed and breakfast option wich I did not see on the Expedia website."

"The first room had a lot of hair on the bed. The second room also had hair. You had to lay the bed yourself with the sheets they gave you. The next day you put up the cleaning sign. The staff only arranged the bed. They did not change the sheets. They did not clean the bathroom. They did not change the towels used. They did not replenish the courtesy articles (soap and shampoo)."

"The amazing staff remembered me and my scent allergies, removed the Glade plug-in from my room and opened all of the windows to air the room out before my arrival. Renovations are ongoing and the place is really starting to look a lot better. Always love the clean rooms and comfy beds. It’s great to have a bedroom separate from the living space where there’s a couch or a couple of chairs. Conveniently located next to a family restaurant that makes good breakfasts."

"The 1 night room charge was excessively overpriced due to FIFA going on in Vancouver. We had no reason to stay in Surrey but it was the best hotel option within 1 hour’s drive for BC Ferries to get back home to Nanaimo. I’m still feeling sick about being forced to spend 3-5x the normal price of a hotel because of soccer fans! It might have been cheaper just to change our flights so in the future that’s what I will do to avoid being screwed like this hotel charge was."

"First, the positives: great location, very clean, nicely appointed, and a generally friendly staff. Items needing improvement: room thermostat didn't function well. The room was always cold, no matter what it was set to. The bathroom fan didn't work at all. Even though staff came by quickly to "fix" it, the water pressure in the shower was very low, making hard to rinse your hair. The staff was overwhelmed and under-prepared for weekend breakfasts. The TV was buffering often, making it difficult...

"The stay was great! Clean room and has all you could need for a quick stay. I would like to suggest a few things to make it an even better stay! A bath math for the bathtub would be great to prevent any slipping incidents and an exhaust fan for ventilation on the washroom would be nice as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"
