"I love this hotel and the staff. Eileen helped extend my stay due my significant other having heart surgery at a nearby hospital. She made the process painlessly easy and arranged for the new key handoff to go smoothly. Barbara was so supportive the morning my significant other was taken to emergency surgery. They cared enough to outreach for status updates and support. I so appreciate them and a port in the storm that was safe and comfortable and helped me be nearby. "

"Room was clean, everything worked well except the usb ports for charging electronics but those never work! Breakfast was good. The area was a little on the sketchy side. Lots of trash in the fountain in front of the hotel. All in all it is a nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful! "

"The service was incredible. All staff we encountered went out of their way to make us comfortable and provide excellent service, from the front desk, to cleaning staff, to kitchen attendants. The only negative was that perhaps due to the recent hurricane, the room was musty and we had to request a room change. When we brought it up, our concerns were addressed immediately, so five stars for service, but 3 stars for the building itself. Hopefully those issues can be addressed to make future stays...
