"As for the staff you get English or German for language. If you dont speak those they dont seem to want to help you. The pool and sauna were great, the jacuzzi/hot tub were kind of cold. Location is great and breakfast was great."

Breakfast is good but small things like one person having 2 pans making omelets to hundreds of breakfast guests is just a puzzle and something easily sorted. Our biggest objection is language. "Comfortable room and beautiful surroundings- nice walking path along the Baltic. didn’t have time to use the sauna unfortunately. Great breakfast! "

"This is a great hotel in the center of the city, walking distance to the old town, boardwalk, beach, and all the best restaurants! The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of options at the buffet; highly recommend! We got the 2-bedroom suite and it was exactly what we were looking for: modern, clean, spacious, and perfect when traveling with multiple people. Highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Kolobrzeg."

"The room was very nice the staff were very helpful and friendly, the shower was a little small for the quality of the hotel, and the bathroom a little smelly. Overall a v nice stay the buffet food was good too "

"Great stay… "
