"When we walked in the front door, there was nothing there. An old empty desk but that’s it. We walked over to the elevator and were a bit confused and then another guest standing there said we had to go to the 7 (?) floor to lobby. It would have been nice if there was big sign telling customers where the lobby was instead of standing there looking around stupidly. "
