Dear Sir, Thank you for your positive review and we apologize about the AC, but we would like to mention that during your stay, the temperatures outside, went up to 109 degree Fahrenheit and normally it takes some more time for the AC to cool the room. Thank you for your feedback regarding our property, who is in perfect conditions, clean and well serviced inside our property territory. The surrounding areas , outside our property, that you are mentioning, are not part of an old area, and there are not any buildings damaged from the 2019 earthquake, anywhere near our hotel. We offer Covid tests in your own room for our guests comfort, and this normally is a service that is paid almost the same as in Laboratories. Our Shuttle costs 10 euro/person/one way from or to Airport and considering 25-30 minutes drive , the Luxury new Minivan of year 2020, perfect A/C and a professional driver in your disposal, this price is correct . Beachfront is not public , this is a false information. The beach in front of our hotel is our private beach, and the Sun beds and Umbrellas are provided for free for all the guests of our hotel. Next to our property there are some other private beaches too, so it's not clear where did you find the public beach. Our Hotel is totally renovated in 2020 and the quality of service in our hotel, is incomparable to other hotels. Thank you for your stay with us,
