The only place you can see the name is 3 stories up and From the highway once you are on the street you have to take to get there it’s a pain locating it .
Nicely located next to the Dunkin Donuts :) Rooms modern and bed was comfy. Breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast. Courtesy coffee/tea area. Didn't use the gym or pool areas. Located off the freeway. Could not hear the freeway traffic. Would stay here again.
As a family of four, the rooms werre large enough, the beds were comfortable and clean. The provided breakfast was good and hot. We have no complaints.
Picked this property because of indoor pool however the pool was ICE COLD. Not just cold. Imposible go get all the way in. We artived a little early and had to sit there until it was exactly 3:00 pm. No one else was there and the desk staff were just sitting there on their phones Then the next morning I asked for a 12:00 pm check out due to waking up with a bad headache and was told no. The hotel was not full, in fact there were only a few cars in the parking lot. I will never stay there again and we stay in Durango often.
Sad to see condition in Durango of homeless and groups of illegals. I felt unsafe and had to be hyper vigilant everywhere I went. A homeless man with extreme agitation/mental disorder causing conflict with guests in parking lot and as he would come In/out of hotel to get free coffee/breakfast. There were panhandlers on downtown shopping areas and various parking lots. Hotel Staff and facility are excellent. Breakfast and coffee/tea service very good. Parking easy.
Dog friendly. Convenient smoking areas outside. I did find back exit door open multiple times during day and at night which could allow anyone to walk in hotel without being noticed. I would recommend hotel put up security cameras outside building due to the issues of homeless ppl coming in parking areas and to the bus stop at end of parking lot.
Hotel is relatively new. Front desk staff were friendly however the check-in computer was "down" so staff member took my credit card and photo to another room to complete the check-in process. I was not OK with that procedure and will be watching my card for unauthorized purchases.
Breakfast was fresh and yummy! Kudos to the breakfast staff. I spent 3 nights here and the food was consistently great and the area was super clean.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I felt like I was in a room that wasn't quite ready for customers. Two of the many examples: there were holes in the shower ceiling where the glass install was messed up and there was paint on the light fixtures. It feels like there was no final construction punch list completed in the room. Maybe a training opportunity for the construction project manager?
The ladies at the front desk could use a little training on customer service. Checked in very late and they weren’t very helpful.
The breakfast is so amazingly good! And the room was very clean loved our stay!

Well this stay turned out to be a great stay. We loved the hotel. It was a great location for our stop for the night. Lots of options in the area, and this hotel did not disappoint.
The property was great and the rooms comfortable. The staff were all friendly. If you are a light sleeper, the traffic from Hwy 160 is noisy, but we brought earplugs, so we were good. Overall, a great visit.
