"Apart from our room on the first night being totally unacceptable after that we had a wonderful stay. Expedia should make sure the rooms are duitable before passing to the customer. We had a disabled single room. Very sparsely furnished. No bedside table no decent hanging space poor lighting no dressing table no drawers a very dim window which didn’t open. The bathroom was unusable due to the disgusting smell. Fortunately the hotel moved us to a lovely new room with all facilities. I cannot...

"The property is immaculate throughout. Very tastefully renovated. The history of the property was very interesting. All of the staff were fabulous, especially Ria, Freya and the bar/breakfast staff. The Hotel wasn't too far out. A 15/20 minute walk to the City Walls. I would definitely recommend a stay, we will be back."

"Beautiful scenery a lovely pind on the grounds to feed the duckds and ducklings. Rooms were very clean the bed is comfortable. Their was a humming noise coming from the fan in the bathroom that took ages to turn off breakfast was £12.50 wasnt the best but it was all you can eat and had plebty of options full english , continental, cereal, fruits warm and cold drinks also included with breakfast was acess to the pool,gym,ducuzi, steam room and sauna .Took a lovely trip out over the humber...
