"My sister and I love coming to the Lincoln Hotel and have stayed over the course of many years. This time our visit was especially good, largely in part because the staff on Reception were so courteous, welcoming and efficient. "On the hottest day of the summer the long walk up Steep Hill seemed never ending. It was worth it when we reached this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The communal areas were inviting and beautifully decorated. The stairs and corridors to the room were like a rabbit warren but spotless and classically decorated.
