"Quaint stone house converted in to a 10 room hotel. These are quite common in Edinburgh, and there are quite a few of them in the same area. Recently renovated and clean. The other guests were all quite which was nice. A short distance from the action of the Royal Mile, about 10 min by buses that run ever few minutes. WiFi was very slow, but other then that it was a great place to stay and I would stay here again."

"Very comfortable stay and amazing breakfast. We stayed here just one night to get to and from Edinburgh airport. The X18 bus comes right to the property (1hr ride) for about £5 or you can take a cab (25min) for about £40. We were pleased to see there were plenty of fast food places around that are open until 11pm or midnight - not all small towns in Scotland are like this. Only downside is we could not find an email address with which to contact the hosts during our travels, and since we don't...

"Delighted with my stay! Simple but very quiet & clean single en-suite room (No.3 on 1st floor) overlooking the rear garden. Nice selection of breakfast options, pleasant manager(s) with excellent & speedy communication, parking outside, & the ‘Old Town’ within walking distance. Thanks Duncan & Mei: you’ll be my first choice the next time I visit. "
