The “studio motel room” we stayed in should have been advertised as a SMALL hotel room with tea and coffee making facilities. A motel room it certainly was not. No cooking utensils or any way to prepare a meal and not a table to sit and eat at anyway. In what passed for a “kitchen” the shelf was so narrow a full sized dinner plate would not fit so there were none. The bathroom hand basin was so tiny you could hardly fit your head beside the tap to clean your teeth! The most expensive place we’ve had on our trip with the least facilities. Place was clean and staff excellent. Handy location but unfortunately not great value for money.
The towel rail in the bathroom fell off when we went in there, the guy came & looked at it & then glued it back on, not sure how long that would last. The room was tired with areas if neglect, door to bathroom dud not shut properly.
I little bit hidden entryway to the Motel off of Carroll, but worth a stay in the value for the price paid.
Clean & comfortable. Not the hotels fault, but there was a noisy neighbor on one of my nights
I would certainly stay again whenever in Dunedin
