"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I chose this place to celebrate my birthday, but it turned into a very stressful and unsafe experience. From the moment I arrived, there were issues. The microwave in my room did not work, and even worse, the stove stayed on for an entire day. I contacted customer service multiple times, but nothing was done. I was told that only the morning staff could fix it, even though it was nighttime. This meant I had to spend the entire night in the room with the stove on, which felt very dangerous—especially because I was there with my two young children. I asked to be moved to another room due to the safety risk, but my request was refused without any real solution. The situation became even worse the next day when the room next to mine caught fire. Smoke spread into my room, and the smell was overwhelming. After everything that had already happened, this was terrifying. This experience was unacceptable and honestly felt like a nightmare. I hope management takes responsibility and improves both safety and customer service so no other family has to go through something like this."

"Breakfast was good and the breakfast area was kept clean. The parking area was adequate and there were plenty of spaces. The room was comfortable and smelled clean however there were broken and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. Access to this property is not easy. "

"We had a very disappointing experience on Saturday, April 18th. We ended up never receiving our food. We waited a long time, and no staff member provided any explanation or updates about the delay. Eventually, we had to leave. Poor communication and service overall. Not what we expected, especially for a paid meal."

"Beds were horrendous, they were caved in the middle so you woke up with back pain in the morning. Bathroom in room smelt bad, and there was a dog pee odor all over the up stairs rooms. Ac was broken before we entered residence and took 2 days to fix. The upstairs AC broke again upstairs and we didnt even bother going upstairs. Service was extremely fast to fix and very helpful. Room was large and had everything you needed. Property is beautiful and water park is a perfect size. For the price that was paid I would not recommend staying here, there are better places for cheaper prices."
