"The room was cold , the pillows are awful, the room was lovely , bed comfy , I was at the front of the hotel very noisy , didn’t get a good sleep I ate in the bar , lovely food and service , lovely breakfast ."

Quality of bedding was excellent and I have to commend all and every staff I dealt with from check in through to breakfast staff and evening ba staff ( Harrys Bar) - everyone was super helpful, professional and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. "Nice hotel in a nice setting. The staff were all very courteous and friendly. The rooms are a bit tired with peeling paint and some mold in the shower. The dinner menu is a bit basic but overall the food was edible. The full Irish breakfast was missing the mushrooms and although I didn’t want eggs, no alternatives were offered. All I got was one rasher of bacon, one sausage, two pieces of hard black pudding ( no white pudding ) and a very charred and horrible fried tomato half. My wife got the French toast which she classed as just ok."
