it’s located across the street from hypermart lee plaza and walking distance to Robinson’s mall. there’s a Japanese restaurant on the ground floor and WesternUnion and 24hrs seven eleven

No lights in hallway and building at night. You will need to use the light on your phone or a flashlight to find your room at night. Also at checkout they charge for cleaning the room. Worst place in Dumaguete.

Because it is an apartment there is a lot of room. It makes you feel like your are at home rather than a small boxy hotel room. Staffis very accommodating.

Nice place needs a bit of care

Comfortable apartment very pleasant staff. However bathroom needs work. Cracked hand basin with hard wates stain, toilet with hardwater stain, shower floor with hard water stain. Come on guys 10 mins with acid could be gleaming again.

It was nice to have a full kitchen and a washer and “dryer”, plus a lot of room. It felt like home sort of.

近くにセブンイレブン，スーパーマーケットがあり買い物に困りません。1階は11:00までオープンしているレストランになっており，食事にも困りません。部屋は広く各部屋にエアコンがあり快適に過ごせます。シャワーは水しか出ませんので，長期滞在の場合はお湯が欲しくなるかもしれないです。残念ながら，フロントが24h対応ではないので，早朝，深夜到着は事前に連絡しておかないと困ると思います。出発の際は，事前に言っておけば早朝チェックアウトに対応してくれるので，問題ありません。ただし，空港までの移動をホテルにお願いすると安心ですが，相場より高かったです。

Friendly and Helpful Staff

A great place to stay with family or group of friends; staff are helpful and friendly. Location is accessible to shopping mall, supermarket, and small business in the area. A bit far from Rizal Avenue/Boulevard, however, it is still convenient.
