"We felt very welcome from arrival till departure. Good location, cheap parking nearby, decent breakfast to start your day. Keep in mind that the rooms are not air contained and not all windows can be opened. Ask for a fan of necessary."

"Tucked away in beautiful location, 50m from Tarr steps. Lovely, helpful staff and gorgeous food (breakfast &evening meal). Lovely spacious room and amenities. One small suggestion for improvement would be nicer pillows"

"We enjoyed our room with a view over the nearby river. Recommend having that room. The TV did not work the first day but we were recompensed for that. The room needs side tables. Breakfast was ok. Not outstanding but sufficient. Be good to have fresh coffee not instant and better quality sausages instead of off the shelf super market quality. All in all enjoyed our stay with a nice country location"

"The accommodations were so lovely, comfortable and welcoming. Caroline is a delightful person and hostess and their food was outstanding We could not have had a better experience than we did in this overall wonderful setting"

"Very quiet location, excellent views, warm and welcoming upon arrival. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area"

"The warm welcome and friendly atmosphere made us feel relaxed from the start. The food was perfect. We would recommend this very nice guest house."

"Staff very rude"

"Wonderful, friendly, local on a lovely street. Some great scenery and local walks. Pub next door. Great traditional B&B. James and Jane are very caring and want your stay the best it can be."

"The owner kindly dried some damp clothing we had and breakfast was lovely"

"Lovely room, however kettle was in the hallway, not an issue for me but had to keep reminding myself to pick up the key. Parking was challenging and in the early week you have to travel to eat, so car is needed"
