"This hotel is in a great location to walk easily around Split. The area was nice and they had a lovely garden in the back. The staff was so helpful. Maya checked us in and gave us great info on where to go, eat and what to skip. The air conditioning worked in the rooms which says a lot for rooms in Europe. "The hotel is on a quiet side street near everything in Old Town. Our hotel host was very friendly and helpful. The room was smallish ( as you would expect in this area) but well organized and we were able to find space for our luggage/ clothes. Everything worked well. The air conditioner was quiet and worked well. The room was clean. No daily maid service, but we kept things neat and fresh towels were easily available. Laundry service ( up to 8kg) was 20 euros. We had a great time!"

"There are not many, if any, places in the world where you can stay in a hotel, built into a Roman palace constructed in 305 AD. This is a UNESCO certified sight.
