"Stayed here twice! Great hotel!"

"Everything in the room was good. View out the window was terrible. Looked out on a roof and wall."

"Robert was very helpful and we found the breakfast better than our expectations."

"clean room. bathroom/shower is clean and strong shower. nice river view. close to riverwalk and casino. friendly staff. breakfast has limited choices, same choices everyday. need to improve breakfast choices. overall it’s a nice hotel with kid friendly resort"

"Our quick stay was pleasant. The room was clean. The staff’s was quite accommodating and friendly."

"The staff and owner were very kind and accommodating. The property is aging but a very good price for a room (including breakfast)."

"Great place to stay with the family"

"Overall, we had a great stay. Beautiful home with wonderful views. The breakfast was okay."

"kinda people room nice and cold what else is needed"

"The room was immaculate, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. All around a great stay!!!"

"Location was the only positive thing everything else sucked"

"Clean , Well kept property. Friendly Staff. Very Nice Rooms. Would stay again. ."

"Enjoyed the stay and very nice property convenient to area activities. Our suite was great. Main reason for only 4 stars is due to timing of amenities. Restaurant did not open until 4p, the shuttle downtown did not run until 3p, and breakfast did not start until 7:30a while unlocking door times for breakfast were WEGTI (when we get to it) although their breakfast is worth the wait. This was our first trip to Galena and looked forward to the visiting the many things to see and do. Unfortunately...

"The pool area needs a changing/bathroom so folks don't need to walk wet through the halls"
