I think the front desk was not as sensitive to my needs as they were supposed to be. I called them regarding the TV remote not working properly and the fridge not being cold enough. I honestly could not resolve those issues with the front desk at all. My remote and my fridge were still the same as I was checking out as I checked in. Sorry about that. "
