The hotel was generally great. Rooms were modern and clean. The hotel backs onto the canal which you can walk along for miles. The front of the property faces the highway and my room faced that way so I could hear traffic at night but it didn't prevent me from sleeping. The balcony doors are locked by default for security but you can ask them to open it for you. The restaurant downstairs was good. The breakfast buffet was good too with a decent selection of food. The wifi was spotty during the day for some reason. Considering the low price and location of the hotel, I would definitely be open to staying again.

Overall, the hotel was very comfortable. Maybe due to Ramadan… no sure but there was music playing until the early morning hours. Otherwise very quiet. I was charged for hotel taxi for 4 days to go to Dubai Mall before being told that there’s was a daily shuttle. On Day 5… I go to catch the shuttle and was told it already left even it was earlier than the scheduled pick up. I felt like I was being scammed.

All I can say is that we had such an amazing time staying here. The hotel was sparkling clean, everything you need you will find here. The staff was so helpful and we also enjoyed some time on the rooftop pool. Its very close to the downtown area so location is perfect. You wont be disappointed with your stay here.

The hotel is excellent. Great breakfast, clean, but there is no walking access to shopping or dining. Easy access by taxi to downtown and major attractions.

Friendly and helpful staff, near everything, very quiet, the pool is too small u should wait your turn to have a chair to lay on and have tan ! the only thing I didn’t like it!

The Manager Samuel Kwame, has leadership, friendliness, and the exceptional way he leads the entire front staff in providing the experience fit for a king. If you want to be treated like a king/queen this is the place it happens.

This property was very nice. However the staff was not helpful. We had no wash cloths or dry towels. The refrigerator did not work and we had no iron. The amount of money we spent was not worth it. They clame we had access to the beach and other restaurants that was a live. I give this property a 7 out of 10.

Friendly staff but not always efficient. I nearly got into a fight with a driver which was honking constantly in front driveway asking for the other cars to move and staff just stood there while I was trying to find my uber driver. The concierge sold me a cruise dinner which was not anything remotely what we experienced.

Not a great location
Very small bathroom you must walk over the toilet to reach the sink. You can wash your hand while you are seated on the toilet. I didn't take a picture and small shower. Shuttle pick up to Dubai mall on but returning it's awful. Almost impossible to find the shuttle. I had to take a taxi. Location it's far away from bus and metro. Long wait for taxi unless you book a taxi or use the Uber/Careem
