Excellent location both close proximity to JBR beach and marina. Lovely spacious rooms with kitchen facilities. Didn’t dine at the hotel so couldn’t comment on the food there but staff where very helpful.

It exceeded my expectations! Beautiful apartment, well furnished and clean. The views were amazing and the staff kind and respectful. Everything was amazing, nothing beats the location of this hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay. Clean apartment, great appliances and modern design. Easy parking and easy access to JBR street and the beach. Things worth mentioning is: shower head is broken, faucet is old, internet disconnects from TV most of time.

We had a four bedroom apartment which was big and loads of space. The view on the 17 floor was beautiful specially we got to the the drone display from the balcony. The accommodation was clean. We had some issues with the flat and the management was quick to look at it. The staff were nice and welcoming.

Very good and clean hotel. Sad part was that the hotel doesn’t have an entrance where taxis can drop or pick you off. They come in the parking lot. The main entrance/reception is unfortunately on the first floor where no cars coming.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. They have the upmost respect for the guests and are very helpful. I felt like a very special and important guest and they demonstrate that same behavior towards everybody. Big tick on customer service. The hotel was very spacious and great sized beds, we went for a 2 bed apartment and it was huge. Only issue was the rooms looked slightly dated and there were areas which looked like there was dirt, like the vents which some might not think much off but that is an area which could be harbouring bacteria and germs. The room service team do a great job and i feel perhaps this area needs specialist care due to its location and complexity due to it having moving parts. The area is absolutely ideal as its a short walk from the beach if you take the route from outside the plaza and forecourt. Taxis drop you off at the parking level on the ground floor and there are a load of food places who can drop to your door service. Overall i think 4 stars is a fair score but if it was just for the customer service then this place gets top marks

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we could ask for. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a good variety of choices. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
