A lot of shops around, we had rent a car which we could park free behind the hotel (enough parking place). very friendly people in the hotel. We enjoyed the swimming pool on the rooftop, with enough beds there. appartments with kitchen, washingmachine and fridge very clean.

For the purpose of my visit, the property is conveniently located with easy accessibility by car as well as he metro (short walking distance). It is generally clean and well maintained. Special mention on staff at all level, They are friendly and attentive.

The hotel was in a great location for walking around Old Dubai. It is a little old and could use some modernization. There was no ice machine nor a place to get ice until the dining area opened the next day.

The property is well maintained and clean. The room amenities are adequate and satisfactory. All staff are helpful and courteous, from front desk to the concierge and security officers, who remember and greet guests warmly with smiles. They are discreet and discerning in checking visitors to ensure security. Unfortunately, being located in a busy and bustling area, traffic noise can be annoying, especially caused by utility trucks and impatient drivers blaring their car horns. Although they are tolerable, there are probably little the hotel can do to address these downsides.
