Room was dirty. Bed not changed. 3 times went and asked them to clean room. Nobody paid attention. My room was clean only restroom no towels toilet not cleaned. One of the receptionist said to Roza Balgadzhyan they will return money back. Same was with other 2 rooms.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in terms of cleanliness. I had to check out after 1 day, and go book a “real” hotel to stay in. And the price was about the same. I was offered I refund or discount. I in face may not book through orbitz again because of this. I wasted $600

Pathetic Room Service

Since morning 9 am I had to at least remind 20 times to clean up the room. They did it at 6 pm. Each time when i asked them to do it, they said there are staff meetings on Tuesdays. I wonder if the guest is for the staff or the staff is for the guest. Rooms are dimly lit. If you are working on your laptop or want to do some reading you will for sure strain your eyes

Otel sitede belirtildiği gibi 4 yıldız değildi. Odadaki otel kataloğunda bile 2 yıldız olarak lanse edilmiş. Hizmet ve kalite çok kötü. Odada ilk günden musluklar akmıyor duş başlığı tıkalı ve buzdolabı çalışmıyor idi. Her gün rıca etmeme rağmen chk outa kadar hiçbiri düzeltilmedi. Açıkcası bizde uğraşmak ve tartışmak istemedik.

They Helped me recover my money

The housekeeping staff mistakenly threw away my envelope enclosed with 1400 USD equivalent cash. At first I thought the staff stole it as I went out for business during the day and left the envelope on the lamp table. the Assistant manager fervently denied this allegation instead of doing more to help me, so after the altercation I decided to seek official help. I wanted 3 hours at the Police Station in Sharjah and finally they police came to my rescue. A big thank you to the Police force of Sharjah, because without them I probably would not have recovered my money. After immense pressure from the Police of Sharjah, the HR manager ( the Acting Manager) came and finally discovered my envelope enclose with money was 'accidentally' thrown away by the housekeeping staff. Now, I have talked to many people about this, but I will assume it was in good faith that the Hotel was able to recover my money instead of first colluding to steal it and finally with intense police pressure cave in to returning the money to me. At any rate, I thank both the hotel and the Police Station of Sharjah to help me recover this money, and for a pleasant stay here at this hotel
