Eureka Hotel is the best hotel

Abul was so nice to helping us out with everything we needed and the services we had provided to us was above expectations. And got us to our destination and more importantly the staff service that we needed was excellent. I would like to recommend this hotel and more likely to stay again if we are going back to Dubai

Staff were lovely, but room was dirty and sheets were stained from the day I booked the room. It seems like they only change the sheets, but floor is dirty, bathroom is a mess and had water eve try where when I got there

Great accessibility via the metro, good facilities and shopping nearby. The club can get very noisy, but not an issue on the upper floors (5-6-7). WiFi is very reliable, fast and free with one for all floors of the building.

Not a hotel, its a wedding venue with loud music.

I stayed for two nights recently and I must say that this place is disappointing because on both nights there were wedding functions inside the hotel that were extremely loud with music/dj. I was first at the third floor and I was unable to sleep because the beats were too high. Second night on floor 6th, slightly better, but another wedding and very, very loud until 4AM at night. I strongly recommend anyone to stay there. Its not a hotel. Its a club.

Horrible Experience

I had a terrible experience at Eureka Hotel. The hotel is in terrible conditions: hot water was not working properly, they barely left paper toilet in the bathroom, furniture is scratch, rooms have no light and they had a party/night club on the first floor till 4am. Do not go to this hotel. There are better options for an affordable price.

The property was very dirty. Carpets smelled of urine in hallway. TV was from 80s, no clarity. Dining hall was dirty small and dark and totally un-inviting. Staff was ok but managing very poorly. I will never stay with OYO group and advise the same to people.

O hotel é bem simples. A estrutura do quarto em si é ok em questão de espaço, mas o frigobar não funcionava e o banheiro deixou muito a desejar. O chuveiro é dentro da banheira com aspecto sujo. Reservamos 3 quartos e em todos, durante o banho, acumulava uma poça d'agua do lado de fora do "box" no meio do banheiro. Não tinha ventilação, nem tapete. Foi disponibilizado apenas uma toalha de banho por quarto, sendo que estávamos em quarto duplo e triplo. Solicitamos outra toalha, mas no dia seguinte da limpeza, a mesma foi retirada e não foi substituida. No primeiro andar do hotel acontecia alguma "festa" pois tinha música todos os dias a noite até a madrugada. Se você estiver sozinho pode ser uma boa pelo custo/benefício pois tem uma boa localização perto de mercados, restaurantes e do metro. Mas no geral diria que não é um hotel recomendado para famílias.

Good Hotel

Nice place close to the metro station ...good services ...room was ok as well...they are saying 2 star but i think you can categorize this hotel as 3 star. The room was daily cleaned and amenities were all working except for the room safe. The noise of the nightclub was there but much lower in the higher floors eg 6th floor. Wifi was excellent . Overall a pleasant place to stay.

VERY RUDE FRONT OFFICE STAFFS. Hotel denied room for my stay, stating no rooms available. What is the purpose of early booking? Decided not to book in this group of hotels in future even if they offer for free. Will be left in the road if arrived with the luggage - leading to stress and worries. I travelled almost half the globe never experienced these kind of worst hospitality. Presently i am in Malaysia staying in a hotel, next year i may visit Dubai but the worst experience from this hotel never go out of my mind.
