"I stay at 100s of hotels every year. This one easily is in my top 5 worst stays. I arrived to the hotel to find out that the parking spots are all taken, the staff and the supervisor are not helpful at all, I could probably get more help from a concrete wall than from the staff. They were repeating the same script over and over again. The supervisor had too much pride to admit that the hotel was at wrong for listing a room comes with free parking then not accommodating, he was borderline getting personally offended at times. No compensation was given and I ended up having to drive in circles for 30 min outside the hotel until I found a parking on the road far from the hotel at my own expense. No one offered to help with the luggage whatsoever. The water pipe and the shower pipe in the bathroom were leaking water. Overall the stay was not pleasant. I do not recommend and I’m definitely not staying here again."

"Everything was great and staff was particularly awesome … but I had a very bad experience with the sleep! We booked a 1 bedroom apartment as we were 2 adults and 2 kids, i slept on the sofa bed with my son and it was HORRIBLE … couldn’t sleep all night felt the metal in my back, I peeked under the covers to see what the issue was and found a SPONGE, not a mattress… just a big old yellow sponge. First of all it’s not hygienic at all as it wasn’t even covered other than with the bedsheet, second it’s very very uncomfortable!"

"Exceptional stay from check-in to checkout. Azaat (not too sure on the spelling :) )from Kazakhstan at reception was amazing — she noticed from my sons ID at check-in that it was his birthday. By the time we reached our room, there was a little surprise waiting for our birthday boy: a cake and balloons. Truly going above and beyond, and that kind of attention to detail is what makes a stay genuinely memorable. Thank you, Smith, for the cake and balloons! The bellmen, Peter and Daniel, were also exceptional. The rooms are beautifully furnished and wonderfully comfy. Breakfast was something to really look forward to — everything was delicious, and the avocado toast with endless guacamole was the icing on top. A truly exceptional property, made even better by its delightful staff. We'll definitely be back."
