Staff are nice and quick to bring you what you need.
Everything else is horrible.
I stayed 3 nights and each night it became a ritual to kill 2-5 cockroaches daily.
Even tho my budget was tight, I would have stayed elsewhere.
Our flight arrived early so we were delighted that they were able to give us access to the room at 10:30am. Of course this isn't a given for every booking.
The room was massive and included a fridge and jug (but no cups or any coffee/tea??).
The hotel is surrounded by supermarkets, shops, restaurants etc so was very convenient for a one night stay.
Only negative was there was a leak from under the shower screen so the bathroom floor was wet and slippery.
The guest room I was given has an old bed and even older spring mattress. The room was spacious but hard to sleep in. The service from the people was great. Hotel Just needs a renovation and upgrade.
The second room I was transferred to was so much better.

The hotel was quite shabby, with old facilities. That said, the condition may be somewhat understandable given the low room rates.
Very rude customer service. Toilets dont flush well. And we were made to pay for glass we know we didnt break. Smokimg everywhere. I dont recommend for anyone. Vey terrible receiption
We had booked a deluxe room and payd dor it but got a standart room at the receptıin they sayd that we can change it 1 day later but they didnt gived us the payd room so we didnt accept this and want the difference back !
Location is good. Very old Hotel. Rooms are very big. But the beds are too small. Single bed is probable 90cm & double bed is 120cm. The bed is disappointing.
Worst hotel experience I ever had.
From the first night I realized there is a night club two floor blow me that open until 4am every day and I was hearing a terrible vibration in my room. I asked reception to give me another room and he said they are fully booked and rudely told me to deal with the noise until the club is closed. I didn’t had a good night of sleep during my entire stay.
On top of that the room was extremely dirty, bathroom had mold and mildew everywhere. Many live electrical wires very exposed in the bathroom that posed serious danger.
The staff didn’t kept the floors clean and there many crates with was dirty plates and bugs all of it.
Hotel website said they have parking for extra fee but when I arrived they said they have no parking. I spent hours every night looking for parking in the street
This hotel is not habitable and should be closed immediately
