The staffs were polite and gave an excellent service. Had a cold and the guy working in the dinner area went out of his way to ensure that I was okay. The only downside was I was initial given a room that was for smoking guest then given another room that was flies infected. This was reported to them and even though they called the pest control, it did not help as flies were still in the rooms and even in the fridge.

Maybe they were short staffed. Most of the time when I requested items, I would have to call back again. Housekeeping did not change my bedsheets and I had to ask for that to be done. The floors did not get sweep in the bathroom or main area. I had a washer on my room, BUT where can I dry my clothes. I had 10 garments total, underwear, bra, socks, shirt, leggings, and nightgown. I sent my clothes to the laundry and they charged $45usd which is ridiculous. I’ve been to Dubai 6 times and this is the worst experience I’ve had. I rate them 2 stars
