Souradeep Sarkar and Waseem at the concierge desk two amazing employees. Most staff were very good. Maybe the staff/security at the taxi stand might need better training in customer service.

Very nice hotel. Great staff and service. The pool was crowded with families and a lot of children and loud music,so we (3 adults) used the nice and quiet beach.
