Rooms are decent, location is great, but staff is terrible. Each staff member will give you a different answer to the same question. Poor training and weak customer service skills. Avoid Arsalan in particular at the front desk if you want to get any sort of service as he will say anything just to get you to go and not have to do anything.

Very spacious rooms and huge common area. It's wonderful for families that are staying for a few days or longer stays. The lounge area is well separated from the bedrooms by a door. Very comfortable for entertaining friends and family. The cafeteria is also very elegant managed by excellent staff. The washer-dryer is not perfect but that's understandable as they were trying to provide the facility with limited footprint.

Nice stay with family. Property is old so had a couple of issues but staff promptly fixed them. Very friendly staff with prompt service. Only complaint was that breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30 but it took until 7:30 for them to bring out all the hot food items.
