"My husband had always wanted to stay at this hotel, so we were genuinely excited to finally experience it together. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived just before the 3:00 PM check-in time in June 2026. The attitude of the front desk staff was unwelcoming and unpleasant. It felt as though they had little interest in assisting us, which was surprising given the hotel's reputation for luxury and exceptional service. While the property itself is undeniably luxurious, the hospitality at reception fell far below expectations. That said, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to one outstanding staff member, KiKi, from the hospitality team. She took the time to tell us about the many family-friendly activities available throughout the hotel, several of which we would not have discovered otherwise. She went above and beyond to ensure our two-year-old daughter was comfortable, arranging bed rails and suitable toiletries for the room. KiKi also spoke with her manager, who kindly visited our room on the day of checkout and presented our daughter with some lovely teddy bears. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and helped make our stay more memorable. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. The breakfast was exceptional and undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay. While the hotel offers beautiful facilities and luxurious surroundings."
