Had an amazing stay with my girlfriend and friends for a week here. Hotel was in a perfect location with easy commutes via taxi to The Palm, JBR and fountains area. Staff were incredibly attentive and the hotel had some greats bars and pool. Would highly recommend.

Upon checking in on 1st of December room number 2103.Mr. Mohammed, the night shift manager, went above and beyond to enhance my stay. He upgraded my room, ensuring I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. His exceptional service made a significant difference, and I genuinely appreciate all his help during my stay. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to thank him in person before I left, but I want him to know that he really made my vacation special. The hotel itself was beautiful, and every member of the staff provided outstanding customer service. Mr. Mohammed’s efforts particularly stood out, and I can't wait to return for another amazing stay. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again! The hotel staff was excellent. My only complaint is that we paid for amenities that were not available. The hotel club lounge was under renovation and not available. We choose the upgrade so that we would have that amenity. We were not told until after we upgraded that there wouldn’t be access to the lounge. The hotel did give us credit to use at one restaurant and room service. Make sure if you book business or executive suites that the club is still not under renovation.

We enjoyed our week stay at the Grand Millennium hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Easy to walk to the metro. The spa was wonderful. The only issue was the shuttle didn’t have convenient timings so we weren’t able to use it

Christmas holiday

Lovely hotel, beautifully presented, very clean and comfortable. Nice variation of bars to choose from and different food to eat within the hotel. Close to the tram and easy enough to get to other destinations

Comfy stay

A great stay as a couple, a bit away from the beaches but close to Metro and very comfortable large rooms, got an upgrade. The breakfast was very good and with lots of variety. Service was v good and quite a lot of eating places and even groceries nearby in the area.

Spent 12 nights at this property in January. This was a return visit. I really enjoyed my stay, the staff really makes your stay special. Many good options for food and convenient to grocery stores. Metro is close and taxis always available. Housekeeping kept my room clean as requested and stocked with water. Look forward to my next visit.

Excellent

The room is very good. The location is excellent. The room is very clean. The breakfast is varied. The only drawback is the poor quality of personal care tools, such as the razor, which is very bad.
