A very nice hotel with excellent support staff. A bit tight with the breakfast place although this is expected during the holiday season. However they were all very accommodating. Overall we had a nice stay.

The staying was good. We had electricity problems that were fixed and the water in the shower wasn't so hot. Beside that, the hotel was great. Good breakfast. Great value for money.

As my flight out of Dubai was late at night i asked to stay and use the amenities (pool and saunas) after having checked out. That was nice. Unfortunately there were no towels provided in the change rooms. I asked the staff to provide towels, but to no avail.
