Great location downtown with Dubai Mall and the Burj within 15 mins walk. Our room was fantastic with an incredible view of the Burj. Very happy with our stay the only downside was the area was quite loud at night with cars revving and horns blaring constantly as well as building work next door. Overall a great stay :)

Great location close to Dubai shopping mall and Burj Khalifa. We have booked a family room, which room is spacious and clean. However the bath room is a bit old and needs renovation. The cabinets are smelly. The swimming pool is simply amazing at night. You can see Burj Khalifa. Many thanks to Bilal and Nor for arranging our taxi and collecting our suitcases.

Compared to my last hotel W in the Palms, the service at DAMAC was terrible, not friendly staff at all. Breakfast was terrible.

We like the customer service. Only turn off was the hotel room aircon was too dusty. You can see it from a view as well. And our room was close to a garbage room and smell was terrible. I did mention that to front desk and they placed a humidifier to make the smell better. But it was done only for 1 day. And the rest of the days we have to endure the smell.

Not recommended

We booked for 5 nights and left after the second night. We wanted to leave from the first night actually. The apartments look different from the pictures. Much older and the cleanness of washrooms can be better. The lobby is too small and the way to/from the hotel isn’t easy during the day due the traffic. We got charged more than what mentioned here on Hotels.com and when we asked about it and requested to match the price they just ignored it. The breakfast is very poor more like a 2 stars hotel. We requested a refund for the rest of the night as we didn’t want to stay longer and they rejected it. We moved to another hotel and just left it with 3 nights already paid.

Harika değil ama genel olarak memnun kaldım.

Büyük aileler için apart-otel şeklinde. Tek ya da çift için gereksiz büyük odalar. , 3 oda, 4 tuvalet :)) 2 banyo bir salon ve amerikan mutfak. Birden 10 çocuk daha yapmak geldi içimden... Biraz eskimiş. Yanda inşaat var ve Dubai de gece sükuneti ve saygısı ol adığından ses durmuyor. Yeni oda istedim kırmadılar. Balkon var ama oturup keyif yapmalık değil. Daha çok tiryakilere yönelik. Dubai mall a 15dk yürüme mesafesinde, Burj al Khalifa ya da yakın ve bazı odaların manzaeasında. Çalışanlar ise otelin en iyi kısmı, saygılı ve yardımsever. Genel olarak memnun kaldım.

Hotel war gut, teilweise war das Personal gut, manche waren jedoch unqualifiziert. Kellner Poolbar, Kellner vom Restaurant. (Kellner im Restaurant nahm am Vorabend unsere Bestellung für das Frühstück am Zimmer auf (Restaurant war wegen Umbau geschlossen) und am nächsten Tag war keine Bestellung vorhanden).

Un séjour de deux semaines inoubliable dans cet hôtel magique. Tout était parfait : L’ EMPLACEMENT, à quelques pas d’une petite supérette bien pratique à des prix abordables, à quelques pas du burj et des fontaines,une vue à couper le souffle avec un panorama exceptionnel et une piscine magique L’HÔTEL, très propre et très soigné, le luxe en toute simplicité ; l’impression d’être comme à la maison. LE RESTAURANT, merci à Alaa pour sa cuisine et son accueil LE PERSONNEL, extraordinaire, toujours à l’écoute discret et très efficace, tout le personnel est à remercier, du valet de chambre ( merci à Francis et à ses collègues), au SPA ( merci à Nadia pour sa gentillesse et ses précieux conseils) et jusqu’à l’équipe de direction ( merci à Peter pour l’ensemble de ses interventions) Nous reviendrons c’est sûr mais uniquement au DAMAC
